House Rules
-Must be 25 or older to reserve the cabin.
-Overnight visitors that are not on the reservation are not allowed.
-Max occupancy is 8 humans due to the septic tank.
-Resort quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during these hours. By renting our cabin you are acknowledging that you will adhere to the quiet time guidelines. If quiet time is not adhered to, you may face removal from the property with no refund.
- No parties, events, functions, etc. are allowed in the cabin.
-Please close and lock all windows and doors whenever leaving the cabin. Your possessions are only safe and secure if you remember to close and lock all windows and doors when you leave the cabin.
-The cabin and patio are non-smoking (including vaping). A separate $250.00 cleaning fee will be assessed for smoking indoors.
-Drugs, including marijuana are not permitted in or around the cabin.
-Please do not throw cigarette butts, food, trash, your mother-in-law, etc. off the deck!
-If you are traveling with small children, please keep constant watch over them when on the patio or in the hot tub.
-Absolutely no fires on property including candles. Any candles in the cabin are LED candles. Please do not try to light these!
-Security camera outside for your protection. It's only checked if we are made aware of a disturbance.
-Please do not move the furniture.
-All damage must be reported, no matter how small.
- Pets are not allowed. If an unauthorized pet is brought into the cabin, a separate $500.00 cleaning fee will be assessed, and you will be asked to leave without a refund.
-No refunds for weather, satellite or internet outages.
-All garbage must be placed in the bear proof trash cans located next to the front steps.
-Hot Tub: No children under the age of 14 may be permitted in the hot tub at any time without adult supervision. The hot tub is drained, sanitized, and chemicals are replenished prior to arrival, so it IS POSSIBLE the water will NOT be hot the moment you arrive.
-Do not stand on the hot tub cover. When not using the hot tub, leave the cover on to keep water warm.
-No glass containers inside the hot tub. Plastic cups are provided.
-By entering into this rental agreement, the renter and their guests accept full responsibility for the use of the cabin and its amenities, including but not limited to the hot tub, the patio, the loft area, and the areas surrounding the cabin and waive any liability by the owner.
